Shipping Policy
Where We Ship:
We deliver Australia-wide. We do not currently ship to international destinations.
Order Processing Times:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times:
Once the order is processed, despatched and leaves our premises we cannot control or guarantee deliver times but use the following as a guideline for Auspost and most couriers.
Standard delivery: 3-7 business days (metro areas)
Shipping Fees:
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Express shipping is unavailable at this time. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Lost Or Damaged Items:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@superiorodoursolutions.com.au.
Authority To Leave:
If you choose ‘Authority to Leave’ at checkout, we are not responsible for parcels after delivery.
